Replace door rollers with dual, steel, ball bearing rollers.

Track cap or track overlay. Discounted by $100 with a roller replacement.

Door & Window Screens
All Screens are built with metal internal components.
Bug Screen
$80-$100
Average cost per screen.Standard window screen, covers portion of window that opens.Cost varies per size.
Sun Screens
$100-$110
Average cost per screen, price varies depending on size. Standard UV protection is 80% and 90%. For an additional $50/per screen 75% or 95% is also available. Arches and rakeheads available as needed.
Sliding Screen Doors
$350-$400
Built to last, made with full metal parts and an upgraded tear ristant screen material. The wheels, frame and internal components are all made of metal that won't break as easily as their plastic counterparts. Final cost depends on size. Upgrade options for an additional cost are as follows: Sun Screens; Pet Guards; Pet screens.
Pet Options for Sliding Screen Doors
$50-$150
Prices are in addition to the base cost of the door.
If you have a pet who like to scratch, we offer a pet grade screen material that holds up better than traditional screen materials.
We als can add an alluminum pet guard to the bottom portion of door to protect both it and the screen.

SRP REBATES

As a SRP trusted contractor we can assist you in submitting your SRP paperwork to recieve a rebate back for $1 per square foot of sun screens installed on your home. (please refer to the SRP website for all rebate information, rules etc.)

Single Story Panel Cleaning

$200 minimum up to 20 panels. $10/each for additional panels.
Two Story Panel Cleaning
